A horoscope is a tool in astrology which charts or diagrams the position of the Sun, Moon, and plants in the sky as well as the astrological aspects and sensitive angles at the time of an event such as the birth of a person. A horoscope is a method of divination of events relating to the point in time it represents. More commonly though, horoscope is an astrologers interpretation of the days likely events; in newspapers and magazines, the zodiac signs relating to a certain divination from the movements in the sky for that day, week, or month are included for perusal and interpretation.

Horoscopes are available free from most daily papers, online journals, weekly or monthly lifestyle magazines of many stripe, and may be dictated by an astrologer or someone who can read the movement of the planets and the sun.

Horoscope signs or your astrological signs all depend on the month and the time of the month of your birth. These may be so accurate more due to heresy and the passage down of their definition from infancy to young adulthood; one of the first things you’re able to do (or I was able to do, now that the internets around, all bets are off; even my little brother grew up online and is totally different than me) is open up the local paper and read the comics and your daily horoscope. Either way, it is quite interesting to see how these definitions of zodiac compare up against the real thing.

Zodiac signs are Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pieces. All represent a different month or part of two months (from around the 20th of the preceding to around the 19th of the next) in approximately 30 day intervals.

There are compatibility horoscopes and certain zodiac signs that shouldn’t intermingle; I guess the heavens don’t agree (in general) with your mixture. I’ve got a bad taste about dating someone who shares my own horoscope sign; actually it may have to do more with my first experience in that venture tied with my own zodiac symbol and the stubborn nature to which I’m alleged (in horoscope terms)

In either event whether it be the ancient Chinese horoscopes or the run of the mill, daily chronicle’s page, there are innumerable ways to interpret and deduce what the horoscope means to the individual; if you’re lucky enough to have never been introduced to the stars or even if you have, it might be a better idea to keep your head and your mind on the ground.
